- Enquiries: when you contact us by phone, email or social media, we collect your name, contact details and the content of your message.
- Bookings: appointments are taken through Fresha. When you book, your details are processed by Fresha and shared with us so we can provide your appointment.
- Purchases: if you buy jewellery, aftercare or a gift voucher, we collect the details needed to process and fulfil your order. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
- Consultation and aftercare records: for piercings and tattoos we keep the records we are required to keep, including consent and any relevant health information you give us.

How we use your information, and our lawful basis
- To provide your appointment, piercing, tattoo or order (performance of a contract).
- To keep the consent and aftercare records we are required to keep (legal obligation).

Who we share it with
We share your information only with the services that help us run the studio, including our booking provider (Fresha), our payment provider, our customer and marketing system, and our website host. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We keep consent and aftercare records for the period required of a professional studio, and other information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, after which it is securely deleted.
